I had this beer on tap at a hotel near the Detroit airport. The beer is mostly clear amber color with a thick off-white head. I got a mix of malt and hops...tropical fruit. Floral hops The beer is well balanced and brings a boozy warmth. Quite full in body. I enjoyed it.

L = Nice.. only a half inch white head, but an attractive hazy amber body signifies pulpy goodness... formative lacing looks promising as well.
S = Fruit scents abound. Orange, pear ,strawberry, fig, apple. Not your ordinary pine grapefruit IPA mix. I like it.
T = Confusing. Sometimes great, sometimes saccharin. I think it matters a whole lot, where on your tongue this brew lands.
F = A bit dry, and puckerish. My tongue feels like it is unexpectedly in a boxing ring.
O= Dissapointing. I feel like this beer was rushed to production with a marketing idea, but without careful consideration of taste, construction, and other meaningful attributes. \

Great balance between malty sweetness and dank hops. I enjoy the phenolic aroma that’s on the front of most old school DIPAs, this one has it in spades. I’ve never had anything really solid from Atwater, this is a notable exception. I’ll be finding more
