Appearance: Arrives at the bar with an espresso brown color and a tan head that leaves a wall of lace
Smell: Bacon smoke and chocolate
Taste: The bacon smokey flavors appear almost immediately and build by mid-palate; after the swallow, the maple sweetness appears to balance the flavor profile
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with the smooth carbonation you would expect from the cask
Drinkability: Interesting experiment, but the flavors just don't come together very well for me
