Bottle pour into a taster glass.
Brown appearance with no head likely due to its 50+ year age. Dusty nose and taste, with expected but modest oxidation. Mouthfeel is thin and still.

2004 vintage
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice dark brown almost black with a thin mocha head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin blanket.
S - Aromas of light honey and chocolate, little bit of Belgian sugars. Candy and sweet.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of candy and sugar. Little heavy and sticky.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, thin, syrupy.

2003 bottle from my basement: This one pours a clear dark ruby tinged brown color. It opened with quite a pop, but there was no real head on it. A wonderful nose. Some sweetness, yeasty and bready, and with plums, raisins and other dark fruits. The taste is excellent. A subtlety mix of dark plum, caramel, bread, raisins and quite a few other fruits. This was superb.
