Copenhagen 6/1 2019. 75 cl bottle from Den Belgiske Ølbutik, Jyllingevej, Vanløse. The usual Indulgence brand design with elegant gold letters and a small info-box with the ABV and a signature from the 5th generation family owner.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a big white head. Persistent and stable. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of fluffy foam covering the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, sweetish and a bit metallic and with a sourish twist. Sweet pale malts. A more subtle sweetness coming from the cocoa beans. Subdued. Light tart citrus odor. Metallic alcohol.
Light carbonation. Smooth, soft, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor has a quite strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sharp and bitter - but still pretty civilized. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Interesting idea with a strong pale Belgian ale with cocoa beans. But it is bit generic as the cocoa is rather subdued. Ends up being not so different from many (good) strong Belgian Ales.

De Labirratorium. En copa de cáliz de Grimbergen. Jugando a FFX y Fortnite. La verdad es que del cacao ni rastro. Un perfil a tripel correcto y agradable, con quizás un especiado algo diferente, pero no es lo que se anuncia. Lo que si resulta es más fácil de beber que otras tripels, menos alcoholica
