A spring beer, titled as Anker-Bok Lentebok with a green label, also know as Maneblusser Lente. A 330ml bottle. It pours a light hazy blonde colour with a creamy white head. Aromas of coriander, cumin and curacao. Tastes of the same as well as oats, rye, fruits & flora. A fine bitter finish.

Clear golden with a nice white head.
Aroma of malts, fruits, hops and some alcohol esters.
Flavour is light sweet, fruity, malty, with a nice drying hop bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied, soft mouthfeel. Enjoyable.

Draft at Brasserie Het Anker
Pours a slightly cloudy golden brown with almost three fingers of bright white head. Head retention is excellent and coats the glass with lacing. Aroma is lightly sweet with just a hint of hop bitterness. Taste is somewhat light and refreshing, seems to straddle the line between a lager and an ale. Not sure I would have labeled this as a bock if tasted blind. Light fruity esters, with just a touch of banana, and a lingering light bitterness. Mouthfeel is pretty light, with a dry finish and a lasting bitterness. Overall, a pretty tasty beer, if not particularly memorable. Went well with lunch.
