With its style coming from the American West Coast, the Belle Gueule Cold IPA is dry and refreshing. It is the rice incorporated into the recipe that gives it its taste properties with panache. The beer is bright blond and its 5 aromatic hops give off aromas of citrus fruits and tropical fruits. The bitterness is balanced and contributes to the dry finish that calls for the next sip.
