Pours a clear yellow with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is clean and crisp with some floral hints and notes of crackers and lemon.
Taste is clean and light, with some fruitiness. Floral and crackery with hints of lemon and a light bitterness. Very drinkable.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a good kölsch, maybe a little bland.

look: one finger white head which quickly dissipates to a thin layer of bubbles, deep amber coloured beer, clear, lively carbonation rushing through the beer.
smell: lots of nice biscuity bready malt, lots of sweet flavours there, honey, vanilla, golden syrup, banana, green apple, caramel, smells quite nice.
taste: nice beer here, rich malt flavour, lots of bread, fresh baked white bread, biscuity, those sweet flavours are also in check, lots of golden syrup, loads of honey, green apple too, bit of grass, very light bitterness on the finish, quite nice.
feel: medium bodied, highly carbonated, so so drinkable, very crushable, totally refreshing, but also has depth to its flavour, a perfect session beer.
overall: would love to drink a couple of these on a night out, a perfect session beer, haven’t had much kölsch but this is certainly the nicest i’ve had thus far, good.
