The beer after it release from the 22-ounce brown bottle sets in the glass an ebony color with the head majestic in size and creamy in texture the color a winsome light chocolate, as it slowly erodes the lace forms a fine sheet upon the glass. Nose is Vanilla with coffee and toasted grain, a sweet treat for the senses. Start very sweet and rich with malt, the top full in its feel to the palate with the finish pertinent in its acidity, the aftertaste bittersweet chocolate dry and the touch of bourbon an added feature.
