A different beer by the looks of things to the other pale ale on here. A little higher ABV. Some research suggests this is a new one since around 2015. Anyways, best before 06/01/22. Poured into a tulip.
Look: clear and golden, without much head though, only .5cm which doesn’t hang around long.
Smell: mostly hop on the nose, a little sweetness. I’m getting a bit of fruit, probably citrus, some pine and something herbal and grassy. Not too bad though it could come through a bit stronger.
Taste: a little more fruit forward to taste. Orange and peel to begin and much more distinct than on the nose. The pine and grass are still there and comes through towards the end. Tastes good.
Feel: lighter bodied, refreshing with a nice bitterness to round it out. A dryish finish.
Overall: solid. Something tasty enough to have a few of when you don’t want to think too much about it.
