On-draught @ the brewery as part of a $22 AUD six beer paddle/flight:
25th anniversary IIPA with blood orange hopped with Citra and Mosaic. 7.5% ABV.
Warm. Overripe blood orange. Residual malt sugars. Faint hop burn.
Citra and Mosaic both go wasted here. There's not much citrus (or at least not much Citra hop-derived fresh citrus) nor any Mosaic-derived blueberry.
Compares rather poorly to U.S. and European hoppy ales that employ the often magically harmonious Citra/Mosaic hop combination.
