Appearance: It has a nice jet black color to it. It has a nice creamy beige head that dies down moderately fast and leaves next to no lacing.

Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of sweet roasted malts, milk chocolate, light coffee and vanilla.

Taste: Like the aromas, it has some roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla and some nuttiness.

Mouthfeel: It has a medium carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel but has a somewhat light body.

Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with good flavors and aromas.

Had this on tap at Arrow and Loon. From notes.

A - Black pour with one finger of beige head. Wicked lace rings and a film of retention.

S - A little roasty and sweet with some nuttiness and chocolate.

T - Sweet, some caramel, roasty, vanilla in there too. Definitely sweet with strong vanilla and chocolate.

M - Mild to medium carbonation, medium to full body and a nice finish with sweetness.

O/D - A pleasant sweet stout. Not cloying and fairly enjoyable. Not sessionable in my mind, but the pint was easy enough to get through. Nothing out of this world, just an OK stout.
