Appearance: It has a nice jet black color to it. It has a nice creamy tan head that dies down slowly and leaves light lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of roasted malts, some chocolate, light coffee and some definite peppermint.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has roasted malts, light chocolate and coffee, a light earthiness and faint peppermint.
Mouthfeel: It has a low-med carbonation with a somewhat light overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a smooth drinkable beer accompanied by decent flavors and aromas. I'm not getting much of the Peppermint. It's somewhat disappointing.
