Appearance - This beer pours a hazy deep orange color with 2 fingers of bubbly white head that faded fairly quickly. Which is why it didn't get a 4 in looks. Carbonation seems ok but the bubbles dont last.
Aroma - the aroma is sweet and slightly tart. definite bog myrtle up front with some apple like aromas and some light spice probably from the hops and thyme, Then you get a nice green tea aroma on the back end. Very interesting.
Taste - Tart up front and spicy on the back end, The bog myrtle is noticeable right away with its classic bitter sweet flavors along with thyme and green tea balancing it out in the rear. This flavor is very hard to explain because its so unique.. definitely an interesting one!
Feel - medium bodied and spritzy carbonation give this beer a very strong mouth feel when the spicy sweet taste is added in.
Overall - I would suggest trying this one, I can guaranty It is something you haven't tasted before, its spicy and sweet and abit tart and definitely a sipper. Cheers!
