500ml brown bottle, sample from the brewery.
Clear deep golden hue, head leaves rings of lace down the glass. Lemon oil and mint with some herbal grassy hop and nutty malt in the nose. Some balancing hop bitterness battles with the malt and lemon flavors, earthy mint and a more grassy tone from the hops middle to end. Had to keep in mind that this beer is in the vein of the English IPA style even with the semi-assertive hop bitterness. Mint is subtle, lemon is more noticeable though fades quick. Very well put together.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy notes with some mint notes s unique and interesting. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hops notes with some mints ester and light spicy undertones is quite original. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting mix of flavours.
