Bottle: Poured a deep red color ale with a medium off-white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of vinous notes with plenty of cherry and oak notes also noticeable with light sour notes coming through. Taste is a mix of cherry with some vinous notes, oak and some sourness with well balance acidity level. Body is full with good carbonation. Super example of the style with plenty of complexities while retaining good balance between the different flavours.
