A solid, well-rounded German-style lager. Brewed true to style, and designed to be a robust reward at the end of an honest day’s work. An all-German and organic malt bill is balanced by Saaz hop bitterness. Classic, balanced, clean.

Clear gold with a solid head and cap. Crackery, toasty malt nose. Light-medium malt body with some yeasty dryness on finish. Good crispness.

Review from notes. Part of Beau's 2018 Fall Pack. Cost came to about $5.50 CDN for the bottle. Served cold into a pint glass.
Appearance - Clear, bright golden color, lots of bubbles and an nice looking two fingers of fluffy white head. Good staying power.
Smell - Some graininess, subtle malty sweetness and surrounded by sharp leafy hops.
Taste - Clean and crisp, some sweetness akin to a Helles but with the snappy leafy hoppiness of a Bohemian Pilsner. Easy flavors to palate.
Mouthfeel - Crisp, well carbonated, medium-light bodied. Goes down pretty easy.
Overall - A pretty good take on the Dortmunder style. Would gladly enjoy again if accessible / more affordable.
