On Tap at The Only. Dark brown, lacing down the glass. Nose is roasty with a hint of pine, brown sugar. Muted.
Collaboration of ingredients and styles, doesn't really fit into any style (and certainly not Oatmeal Stout...) but that's the beauty of it. Light bittering and pine from the IPA, milky smooth and light body, roast, butter, light oak and brown sugar from the barrel. Hints of raisin, toffee, toast. Just an all around depth of flavour that always keeps you coming back for more.
Booze is hidden from the flavour but packs a decent punch. Great beer and good to see Ontario brewers having fun.

Bryden's gravity cask. A lot going on. Significant bourbon smell. Oatmeal stout with lots of hops. A good black colour, winey looking. Lots of chocolate, good mouthfeel. Coconut from the barrelling, in the finish. A hint of vanilla. Cask bubbles head. A little sugar and rum. Great cask.
