Bottle from the Green Future's Project. Bourbon barreled for 3 months. 600ml into a tulip.
Reddish brown in colour, some particulates floating around in the body. Creamy offwhite head, moderate retention and OK lace. Nose has lots of oak, sweet woody notes, a bit of bourbon, butterscotch and only a hint of rye. Taste has butterscotch, a touch of the bourbon barrel, oaky.woodiness and spicy rye bread. Body is light and almost watery, but easy to consume for the alcohol content. Not bad, but I'm not intrigued.
