Greener Futures bottle, 600ml into a tulip. Bourbon barrel aged for 6 months.
Poured a dirty brown/orange with a small white head, light retention and lacing. Nose has a whole load of bourbon, caramel and barrel character. Not much of the hop character comes forward. Taste has some melon, bitter citrus, some butterscotch, vanilla and a good bit of bourbon. Medium feel, low carbonation. Not bad, but bourbon is a bit too forward for me and the hops are absolutely lost in the nose. Comes across as more of an American Strong Ale.

Private Beaus buying club bottle. Medium brown with a bubbly head, and leaving lace. A strong ale, with hops muted and adding taste but not potency. Some citrus and lots of sweetness. The bourbon character is strong but comfortably nice. SLightly above average mouthfeel. Decent drinkability.
