Bottle: Poured a hazy super pale yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart wheat notes with light herb notes. Taste is also dominated by loads of tart citric notes with wheat notes and some herb also noticeable. Body is light with good carbonation. Strange beer which is somewhat reminiscent of a Gose without out the salty part.

Appearance: It has a very light and cloudy pale yellow color to it. It has a nice thick white head that dies down moderately slow and leaves little lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of peppery spices, belgian yeast, honey, oatmeal, wheat, some breadiness and an amaretto sweetness.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some bready Belgian yeast, oatmeal, some wheat, sweet honey and some amaretto as it warms.
Mouthfeel: It has a medium carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel. Very thick and chewy.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with good flavors and aromas. It's a very unique beer but it works.
