Thank you JLindros for thinking of me when you had this and bringing me back a can. You're the best.

A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a crystal clear pale straw hue with a thin fizzy white head that faded quickly to leave thin wisps and a thin halo. Par for the course. It's the palest lager I've ever seen, which is kind of crazy when I think about it.

S - Aromas of straw, adjuncts, lightly sweet malts, wet bread. Hops nonexistent. Not offensive.

T - Taste is more of the same. Lots of adjuncts, cereal grains, straw/hay. Wet bread, lightly sweet malts. Really isn't that bad. Not skunky or metallic like some others in this style is. Of course, there are no actual hops going on either.

M - Mouthfeel is thin and watery, not much carbonation.

O - Overall, this isn't a bad beer! It delivers true to the style and is certainly something I could see drinking while eating traditional food in the dead of summer. Makes sense to me. Of course, there's about as much hop presence here as there is in it's American counterparts. That being said, the other aspects definitely do a better job over BMC. Jack's Abby lager this is not, obviously (and no one should even think that it would be close), but a thirst quenching light lager...solid job. Also, jokes on you JLindros for not giving me a skunked can. Hah!

Had the unfortunate pleasure to try this in Shanghai.

Pours no real head, just bubbles the fade quickly like a soda, very watery clear almost no color just a touch of piss water color.

Nose is pretty bad, somehow skunky, sulfury lager notes, mild watered down pilsner notes, rotten hay fermented in it's own bile, stale vegetal thing.

Taste is about the same, maybe slightly better, rotting corn, stale wheat and old straw, vegetal vomit, skunky notes, with minerals and a little sulfury lager, no hops, watery thin malts.

Mouth is water basically even no real carbonation, i can't tell the difference between this and water on the feel.

Overall one of the worst beers I've ever had, just bad. Glad I only paid about 75 cents for it.

Consumed in Chengdu when Snow, Snow Dry, or 528 weren’t available.

Appearance: Watery piss yellow, no visible carbonation after the first few seconds, no head.

Aroma: Slight hints of corn, rice, and paper factory.

Taste: Paper, plastic, water, front lawn.

Mouthfeel: watery and absent. No bitterness, slightly sweet.

Drinkability: low, this one is so bland and so low in alcohol that it’s impossible to get a buzz off it. Only good for chasing a Gambay of ant or pit viper wine.
