Prairie Moon Red pours an amber color with a small lacing head. There is a very sweet, almost grapefruit like aroma. The taste is slightly tart, and a very sweet, mellow roasted malt flavors. Okay body, a bit flat. Overall a very funky beer, tart, and a bit fruity.
