Presentation: 12 oz. bottle with very nice descriptions of the beer and the techniques involved in its production.
Appearance: Light golden copper. Off-white frothy head.
Smell: Combination of perfumy hops and sweet malts.
Taste: A bit on the thin side, with a nice bitter hop flavour. Sour malt, followed by more thin hop bitterness.
Notes: You have to wonder if their strict triple cold filtering pulled some of the soul from this ale. It had the potential of being a top class bitter, but fell short and thin. Not a bad beer mind you, just not as wild as its name boasts. (5% alc./vol.)
