A: Pale copper, with a slight haze. Pillow like cream head has incredible retention and leaves a narrow waterfall of lace.
S: Fresh biscuits and a hint of lemon citrus make up the nose. Slightly woodsy. Pretty mild stuff.
T: Toasted malt flavors start the proceedings. There's a touch of caramel and pear in the background. Bitterness comes on with a lemon tea taste that is well balanced against the malts. Finishes rather clean, although a small amount of bitterness lingers.
M: Light body is a tad watery, but still doesn't feel too thin.
D: The low ABV makes this beer go down really easy. A very unassuming bitter that is a perfect session beer. I'm glad I tried it.

This brew has a medium body, with a Light and fluffy head. The smell was almost fruity with a slight maltness. It had a real hoppy bitter flavor and a small burnt hop taste in the finish the aftertaste was somewhat dry which cut through the grease in the food I was eating. Very good thirst quencher!!
