Draft from the bar. Pours a clear medium amber (old copper). Normal head and retention, excellent lacing. Light aroma of hops with light citric and noble notes over a light biscuit/caramel blend. Light medium body with a smooth texture. Above average carbonation with effervescence from the middle on. The flavor profile is of normal intensity with an exceptional balance of hop flavor and bitterness, but lacks complexity. It begins with raw citric and Tettnang hop flavors that flow into a mild bitterness with a spicy note. As the bitterness fades, a light biscuit, with caramel notes, sweetness is evident. The finish is a touch dry and leaves you with a lingering bitterness with a pepper note and a touch of alcohol. 65 IBU
