A - Poured an amber color with a white head that leaves lacing behind sorry if the shades are off but it's dark in here at night
S - Is of citrus hops upfront then some caramel malt
T - This is a good west coast red good citrus hops at the start that get balanced out by the malt
M - This beer has a medium body with medium high carbonation to it
D - So as it goes I'm a big fan of hoppy reds and this is hitting high marks with me but seriously it's hoppy but still has balance to it which makes this a supper sessionable beer for me so far it's one of my favorites from this place

Enjoyed this as a sampler in San Diego 9/06.
Bright amber in color with 1/4" head. The nose had a mild hop character, not that distinct. I did like the taste of this red with a unique varying hop combination. A complex taste but beguiling the taste buds with confusion. Mild in ETOH or is it? A great subtle finish of malt and caramel. A great beer to sit with anything.
Elbows Up,
Adam

One of the better SD rock bottom brews. This was a dark red brew with a small white cap of foam. The aromas were all sweet malts with some very subtle hops in the background. The taste was the same as the aromas and the mouthfeel was not too thin. The drinkability was nice as well.
