Deep dark brown near black, beige thick head. Served on cask. This is a scotch ale with oak and ginger. It is simply outstanding. Aroma:roasted malt, chocolate, dried fruit, and ginger. Taste sweet, slight roast, subtle dessert like ginger note. Oak makes this unbelievably smooth.
