This was a darn drinkable beer. I haven't had any doppelbocks before this, so I assume it is a good representative for the style. It tastes like a less intense stout. It had a good head on it which dissipated into a lace and then faided away. Dark of course. Very tasty. A drinkable stout is what kept coming to mind. Very good for the alcohol content.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
