Appearance – This one poured light yellow in color but was very hazy and thick. It had literally no head.

Smell – The light summertime fruits, especially melons, mixed with some good, doughy yeast.

Taste – Well, the traditional Witbier flavors are here but they are rather empty. I didn’t care for the off tangy flavor either. Don’t get me wrong, I liked the yeast and fruits that made it to the tongue, but they were just too wimpy even for a lighter beer style.

Mouthfeel – This light-bodied ale was a bit on the watery side but the carbonation was teasingly good.

Drinkability – This beer lacked depth but seemed to find the right flavors.

Pours a perfect "white" yellow, cloudy and topped with a three finger foamy white head (my own pour from a growler, my pint at the bar was filled to the top). Leaves partial webs of lace/ thick puffy bits.
Orange and wheat in the aroma, fresh banana, coriander.
Orange, spice (coriander again), wheat, lightly toasted bread. Good tangy/tart feel to it.
Light, crisp tart and refreshing. Good drinkability, this one converted a Blue Moon drinking friend of mine.
