Appearance This one poured light yellow in color but was very hazy and thick. It had literally no head.
Smell The light summertime fruits, especially melons, mixed with some good, doughy yeast.
Taste Well, the traditional Witbier flavors are here but they are rather empty. I didnt care for the off tangy flavor either. Dont get me wrong, I liked the yeast and fruits that made it to the tongue, but they were just too wimpy even for a lighter beer style.
Mouthfeel This light-bodied ale was a bit on the watery side but the carbonation was teasingly good.
Drinkability This beer lacked depth but seemed to find the right flavors.

Pours a perfect "white" yellow, cloudy and topped with a three finger foamy white head (my own pour from a growler, my pint at the bar was filled to the top). Leaves partial webs of lace/ thick puffy bits.
Orange and wheat in the aroma, fresh banana, coriander.
Orange, spice (coriander again), wheat, lightly toasted bread. Good tangy/tart feel to it.
Light, crisp tart and refreshing. Good drinkability, this one converted a Blue Moon drinking friend of mine.
