On tap at the brewery, 2oz sample: Opaque black color. Flavors of oysters, dark grains, raisins, chocolate, coffee, and herbal spices. Oily medium body with light carbonation. Medium strength finish, a bit chalky and roasted, more sugary and fruity. Basic taste and feel, while the body lacks richness. Overall average quality craft.
