Appearance - caramel, dark amber, deep and comforting after a long week. Small but solid cap of medium cream colored head. Impressive sheet lacing on the side.

Aroma - mix of malt and citrus, evenly balanced but rather light.

Taste - a biscuity malt base provides little taste but serves as a platform for some solid hoppiness. Not much floral element, just a grapefruit rind taste. Finishes dry with lingering grapefruit. Would go well with some spicy nachos, steak, or just about any well-seasoned dish. In fact, this kind of beer would taste even better with some chow.

Mouthfeel - well-carbonated and good body for the style.

Drinkability - no problem having this again. Fresh beer is good, and fresh good beer is better!
