Another wonderful brew created by Brewer Jeff Yade. I have sampled this a couple of times in the month of December.

This is a dark brew that had a nice head when served in a snifter. Nose was of sweet malts. Taste was a wonderful blend of toasted sweet malts and finishing a tad bit dry. Mouthfeel was wonderfully smooth and creamy. Overall this beer is addicting! It is a good thing that the serving size was smaller than the usual 20 oz. Brewer Jeff did a great job hiding the high ABV! On another note Jeff is saving an oak barrel of this for next fall-should be interesting to see what comes out of this!
