Threw up the forms and poured the slurry with this one on 5/15/2005. 16-oz. pint at the Boston locartion.

On the board as a “Belgian style wheat brewed with coriander and orange peel” and 4.5% abv. Fairly light foamed covering with some stick, lacing on down. Very hazy, lazy yellow hue that verges on an almost light green tome with a fair amount of action bubbling around. Tons of soupy, wet wheat on nose with some floral notes as well, lavender maybe. Very tingly carbonation on mouth, fresh wheat that ends fairly quickly and cleanly; orange peel is definitely present and appreciated.

Pretty good overall, although it seemed a bit green, and maybe could have sat for a few more days.
