Enjoyed on tap at the Dessert Ridge, Scottsdale location. A serviceable pale, the recipe available throughout the state and tweaked as the local branch brewmaster wishes. C-hop aroma. Golden yellow and lacey. Carbonation is right there. A hoppy pale, with c-hop and a tad of citrus.

I had this on tap at Rock Bottom in Phoenix. It's not bad, though a bit light for my taste. It was a medium amber with a very light head. The smell was a little fruity with a hint of hops. Mouthfeel was okay, but again, a bit light. I had one, and then went to a darker heavier beer, but if you like a lighter beer, then it's certainly a good choice.

This beer has a wispy tan head and is a lightly hazy copper color. The aroma is faint, with notes of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, but it is all much more subdued than I would like in a Pale Ale. This beer is lightly sweet up front with malt notes of caramel and toasted biscuits. There are hop notes here of grapefruit, pine and a balancing bitterness that, while not subtle, is not quite enough either. This is soft and creamy on the palate, very light and easily quaffable. This has very good flavors overall, but not enough, it is like a light Pale Ale.
