The bartender described it as a "cross between a Kölsch and a Hefeweizen." Seems to be a weizen grain bill brewed with Kölsch yeast. A definite cloudy hefe body under a style-matching short head. The banana and clove hefe taste were apparent at the start, but then gave way to a zesty, lemony wheat beer taste that, in my mind, puts it closer to a Kölsch. A hint of coriander as you drink it, light malt profile and low bitterness make this a nice, but slightly hefty brew.
