Hazed peach, under thick fluffy cap.
Bold, juicy, fruity hops...apricot, tangerine, nectarine, all the 'rines...sweet, and slightly bitter...pleasant, nice, good.
Jumps on board the palate and splashes the fun around. Sparkly, zesty hops have abundant fun on the tastebuds. Melon, and grapefruit, herbal a bit, orange and passionfruit, but bitterness blitzing the tongue and areas of the senses, as well. Very bold, this. Stays long in the mouth.
Toasty, biscuity malt speaks up, nice balance, for what it's worth...yum, zippy, tangy, tasty, ...lays around the mouth, happily, snappily, a very unique affair. Can't pin it down, and why should you want to do so?
I love IPAs, and this is an original take on it....not my ideal, more like my something else, and I've got to respect that.
Yum.
