- Typical weizen appearance. Head retention could be better.
- Restrained nose with a good bit of yeastiness to it and some sulphur. - - Medium bodied and crisp with a lightly effervescent carbonation.
- Well-balanced with some nice wheat malt character and mild yeast characteristics; but also some yeasty acidity that lends it a slightly tart side.
- Overall it's a decent hefe weizen, but this location normally delivers a higher caliber.
