A: The beer was served in an appropriate Weizen glass. It had a straw yellow hue that was not as cloudy as I would expect from this style. The bartender actually left a nice head on the beer, which was a nice white foamy head which did not dissipate to quickly.

S: The aroma of the beer was OK. It had a standard wheat/yeast/bready aroma with a hint of citrus.

T: Again, taste was OK. Better than some that I have had at other brewpubs, but the yeast was noticeable and it was a little sweet, but nothing to really rave about.

M/D: Overall, as noted the beer was average. It seemed slightly over carbonated and watered down, but it was light and easy to drink and per our waiter it was one of the more popular beers on tap. If I go back, I would order the IPA before this.

Poured a dull golden pale yellow with a fizzy white head that faded rather quickly leaving nothing behind. Smell was non descript, wheat and yeast tones with a touch of a banana or fruit esther. The taste was pretty much the smae, very light, and not over the top. Clean smooth light feel, very easy drinker. Overall your typical generic summer wheat beer, nothing too great, but decent.

Pale hazy straw yellow with a billowy white head that retains well and leaves some lace.

Aroma is wheaty, lightly floral, and has a hint of metallic minerality.

Flavor is crisp wheat, some lemon and citrus, grassy, and has a touch of spicey hops in the finish. Yawn.

Body is light medium, with a slick, wheaty mouthfeel. Average drinkability. Nothing special here.

This was their seasonal offering and given the heat & humidity of Atlanta, I think it is a good choice. They ask if you want a lemon which should make most BAs happy.

The beer was a nice hazy yellow with a large head and rings of lace.

Big nose of clove and banana. Very hard to pick-up much else, but it did smell good.

The taste was crisp, tart and refreshing. More clove taste with some slight sweetening as the beer warms. A bit of a one note beer, but still tasty.

Mouthfeel was slightly thin and I think it had a bit to much carbonation. Drinkability was very good. All-in-all an enjoyable attempt at a German Hefe.
