Appearance: Hazed golden copper. Medium sized dirty white head. Good cling ability. Retention is nice as well.
Aroma: Lemony. Rind-like. Citric. Resiny. Mary Jane. Toffeeish Malt.
Taste: The toffeeish malt backbone is sufficient for the style. The bitterness is pretty clean and not overboard. It lingers nicely. Hop flavors satisfy with citric, juicy grapefruit like tones. Lemony as well. Good tasting IPA.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied. Slight prick of carbonation. Alcohol is absent.
Drinkability: This is an IPA I'd return to. This growler will prove to be no problem to get through. It's quite enjoyable.

Hazy orange appearance, thin, but sure, layer of whitish foam...looks the part.
Aroma: nice, fuzzy hops in the nose, good grapefruit and bitter citrus, braces of a piney feel, too, alive, alert, and very inviting.
Taste: good! Fresh fruit, brilliant balance bitterness, tangy texture, just enough moxy in this one, enough grab on the palate. I'm picky about my IPAs and this one is surely winning me over.
Flavor fades just a touch over time, but the bitter and hop remain in play long enough to keep the tongue happy. Malt keeps it's place and matches the hoppitude well.
Long, bitter-fruity finish, fullish body, supple mouthfeel, tangible fruit and hop presence...yum.
I could just keep drinking this and be happy all the while.
I like this more in the growler, than I did on tap at the brewpub. Funny, that...again?!?
