Beautiful looking beer; pours a pale straw color; clear; came to the table with a one-finger head.
The smell may be the only real distraction. As delicate a beer as a pilsener can be, this one has far too strong a yeast aroma which detracts.
The flavor is an improvement. This beer is drier than most of this style. The body was fuller than most pils--moderate for most beers. I couldn't detect much fresh floral hop.
Overall, this is a good beer, certainly good enough to place in a flight.

Floral aroma, light yellow, lacey, fresh, crisp, medium bitterness serviceable pils. Saaz hops, a bit grainey, a bit of bitterness, maybe a touch of corn. All of their beers were within two months, which limits the line, but certainly provides quality basics.
