Appearance is a very cloudy lemon yellow with a TON of foam and lacing. Aroma is almost non-existent. Initial taste is of pear and spices (brewmaster told me he added coriander and orange peel) and wheat. My first impression was it reminded me of Paulaner Hefe, but not as clovey. Mouthfeel is a smooth, well rounded white beer. Finish is dry with a hint of citrus.
