My impression overall is that this is a Fat Tire wannabe. The waitress admitted that the keg we were sampling was tapped a month ago, and I detected the first signs of souring, so my impression of the beer may be skewed by that. Appearance is a light brown. Aroma is nutty and malty. Initial taste is very dry, with sour notes and almost no sweetness present. Mouthfeel is medium, with a very dry finish.
