Undoubtedly, the establishments best beer. This IPA is very well crafted and brewed. A mild murky haze with an aura of citrus, pine, grassy, and herbally qualities all around. The first beer from the brewery with good head retention. A lightly sweet maltiness came across with and extra dosage of fruits (apples, pears, appricots, orange, and lemons). Full, bold, and mouth watering in its first sip. Hedges on light Hefeweizen notes of bready, clove-ey and bubblegum. Clean in the finish with a lingering citrus bitterness. A very good palate clenser and thirst quencher. May I have another, please?

(Served in an American pint glass)
named after one of the brewers
A- This beer has a golden deep orange body with a creamy light tan head that last a good while. There is a good carbonation of tiny bubbles and a bit of a hazy in the body.
S- The smell of fresh green hops has notes of citrus with a faint earthy note.
T- The first taste is big juicy green hops with a nice spice and a citrus note of dry oranges and a grapefruit tartness. After a few sips the flavors of neutral to dry toasted malt come through and offer a nice support to the big hops. The grapefruit tartness hangs nicely in the aftertaste.
M- This beer has a medium-full mouthfeel.
D- This beer is very good and right on style. The hops have a nice big flavor with some good complexity and a nice malt flavor for support.
