Sample at the MSP location. This beer pours a hazy yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Mild spices and wheat in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of wheat and light fruit and spices. The finish is clean and fruity with a short wheaty aftertaste. Rather humdrum overall.

Very cloudy in the glass, this one, much hazed, a pale yellow, with spotted white foam above.
Fresh and lively aroma, smelling all the world like a witbier, a style I am much susceptible to...pretty, with light floral touches, spice and citric zest.
Taste: lean and serene, mild and imbibable, light and still somewhat delicious. Considerable spiciness balance with orange/lemon flavor. Epitome of a wit. Great summer drinker.
Lacks something to set it apart, but stands serviceable as a summertime quaffer from the ol' Rock Bottom. I can drink this for a time without getting restless.

Banana-golden in color, cloudy to the point you can't see through it. Nice frothy film head. The aroma of this beer is heavy in coriander, heavy to the point that it was a little off putting for me personally. I was happy to find the taste was much better and complex than the scent. The taste was wheaty with a good lemon zing, lots of spice, coriander of course, but some nutmeg and ginger as well. The mouthfeel is a bit tangy, but far from overpowering. Quite drinkable, I think it would make a good session beer on a warm patio. I would call this a witbier though, not a pale wheat.
