Overall, this isn't a bad wit. It has a nice thick white head to start, but no lace on the way down. Very much to style with a clear corriander and orange smell in the nose, but not very strong or overly complex. The mouthfeel is where it loses points with me, a bit watery, which matches its overly yellow color. It looks as thin as it tastes. Which, I know, it's a Belgium Wit, a summer beer, and it's suppose to be light. However, the style is usually a bit more substantial than this one. The beer started well but couldn't hold up to the end of the class. Still a good representative of the style. I might be a bit harsh because it's a favorite style. Excellent beer to recom to friends in the macro/micro transition, and about as good as Blue Moon but not quite.

Highly hazed, pale golden appearance, smallish head on this pour, though it looked better on the bar when I had one at the pub. (Could it be the four days in the fridge since the fill?)
Aroma: sweet and nicely spicy. Light lemon, citrus zest, and coriander. Spot on witbier nose. Delightful.
Taste: zingy! Citus and spice return again, in appropriate amounts, bouncing happily off the tongue. Light malt body, easy drinkability, tangy taste continues to make the palate happy.
If you're a white ale/ witbier fan, don't hesitate.
I remember liking this even more at the pub. Either they don't fill growlers well, or I shouldn't have waited so long to open it. Or both.
