Enjoyed a 20 oz serving at the Glendale, AZ RB with Da Boss at lunch yesterday.
Beer was served a very pale yellow with a nice white head.
Nose was grainy, of European malts.
Taste was a nice crisp and clean malt base topped with the appropriate amount of Noble hops. Very true to the style.
Mouthfeel was crisp and clean, perfect for a 105 degree day.
Overall Brewer Jeff Yade did very well with this brew, a very fine effort for an out of fashion style!
