On tap at the brewpub in Long Beach.
The beer poured an anemic pale yellow with a faint white head.
The aroma of the beer had a pronouced green jalepeno aroma with some grainy malt notes.
The flavor of the beer was watery with a strong green vegetable jalepeno flavor. The faint hops were completely obscured by this. There was almost no malt in the flavor profile.
The carbonation was medium and the mouthfeel was thin.
This is easily one of the worst beers I've ever had. Truly wretched. Budweiser is worlds above this one. There are some chili beers out the that have really been wonderful, like Rogue Chipotle Ale and Stone's brewery exclusive, Chipotle Smoke Porter.
