Poured a very deep brown with a nice tannish head. Nose is cocoa, roasted malt and not much smoke. taste is big roastiness, cocoa, slight smooke and a nice a good creaminess. Mouthfeel is nice and coating, tasty and for a smoked porter it was very sessioanable at 5% ABV. i wanted another one.

Poured mahogany with about 1" of mocha colored head. Good head retention & lacing
S: Faint hints of oak & mesuite with some choclate thrown in for good measure
T: Slight smokeyness (think smoked ham) upfront along with semi-sweet chocolate. Slight nuttyness & roasted grain come through as this warms. Finished with restrained smokeyness, dryness & a little choclate sweetness
MF: Rich, medium, almost heavy bodied with medium carbonation
Drank really easy & went superbly with my buffalo meat fajitas. Get this in the rotation!
