dark brown and very foamy. not opaque. light roasted barley on the nose, detecting some chocolate malts as well. very bubbly and thin. astringent flavor accented by over-roasted malts. subtle chocolate flavors. subtle twang of earthy hops, finish is bitter not in a good way. this beer is sub-par. i went for something i've never heard of, and ended up dissapointed. it's not for me, and i wouldn't recommend it.

Nice pull deep brown with frothy head. The aroma is light and dry with hints of roasted malt. The flavor is simple, but not plain. A decent body holds up a relatively dry roasted malt and a mellow bitterness. A good flavor and not a bad brew. I would definitely like to make this a regular.

Dark, near opaque brown with ruby shades. Aroma is grainy, musty, paper. Sharp-ish, astringent, roasted, light chocolate and paper flavours with a highly carbonated tingly feel on the palate. Dry, and finishes dry.
