(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer pours a bright yellow slightly hazy body with a white head that last a bit and then fades to a thick ring. There is a gentle carbonation of big bubbles that glide to the surface.
S- This beer has a soft green noble hop smell with a hint of circus peanuts that becomes a bit more like fingernail polish remover when the beer is warm. There is a very soft note of banana in the circus peanut smell aswell.
T- The big banana flavor taste more like real bananas and yeast that most hefes with a nice dry clove spice that compliments it. There is a soft white bread note that has the taste of circus peanuts similar to the smell. The finish is a nice green hop finish that compliments the sweeter notes nicely.
M- This beer has a medium-full mouthfeel with a tight fizz that cleans up the finish well.
D- So many wheat beers in America are very boring and bland, this beer has some interesting twist and nice balance of flavor that taste more like the true German hefes. In a style that over abused this is a tasty treat.
